CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
Every other Sunday, Youth Church is offered during our morning worship service. Young ones are able to enjoy a variety of activities including a youth sermon, the reading and listening of Bible stories, Bible related videos, arts and crafts, and of course some enjoyable snacks are often part of the class as well.
WOMEN'S MINISTRIES
All women who attend Humboldt Church of God are members of Women’s Ministries. The Women’s Ministries aim to create an atmosphere where women can realize spiritual maturity and fellowship, develop their leadership skills, form friendships, and minister in the local church as well as the community.
We are looking forward to many exciting years as this beautiful ministry grows!
The Humboldt Church of God Food Pantry is a mission of community service. The program is run by church volunteers who stock the pantry and distribute to individuals and families that demonstrate need.
Music plays a major role in our services at Humboldt Church of God. Our music is a blend of traditional hymns, choruses, and contemporary praise and worship. More than just music, worship takes a major role in our services. We are a church that loves exuberant worship; worship that touches the heart of the Father and ushers His presence into our midst.
Christy Potts leads and directs the music program at Humboldt Church of God. We are passionate about praising the Lord through the ministry of music. Presently our instruments are - a rhythm guitar played by Jeff Keen, keyboard played by Kathryn Potts, piano played by Melinda Keen, bass guitar played by Lynn Armstrong, and tambourine played by Deborah Armstrong.
